The XP that is spent on upgrading areas can be pooled while XP spent on individual perks and benefits the characters receive cannot be paid from pooled XP.

This is a permanent "shared door" between the group's base of operations and the Order of the Flowers "Sanctuary" home. One side of the door leads to the Base of Operations and the other side leads to the Sanctuary. What is required is a special carved ruin door to be installed in a wall at both locations. This gate is only good for one destination per side.
